I have been blessed with the ability to see under the surface of everyday reality and conceptualize the webs of consciousness that interconnect our existence. Regardless of how frustrated I may become at the individual and collective mindset which I observe in the everyday world, I realize the deeper currents that drive our kneejerk responses and understand the dynamic process that unites us despite our differences. My video productions are my way of expressing my vision of this interconnectedness. I have studied many profound teachings and learned that most contain a grain of truth, but rarely contain the full scope of experience necessary to unite and direct our collective consciousness. This understanding creates my propensity to explore and harvest the gifts contained in such offerings and combine them to make new messages that support the core truths I feel unite us all on a fundamental level. I hope my productions will trigger appropriate realizations of our common predicament and encourage my viewers to reconnect to their higher levels of inter-dependency. For I do believe we are a collective consciousness that has chosen to manifest into this 3-D situation to experience the freedom of individuality with the goal of bringing that expression back to the whole fabric. We have each chosen to be part of this incredible lesson in self-expression, separation from source and suffer disillusionment... but not one life is wasted, useless or insignificant. We all have our part to play. I was granted this ability for ‘forward thinking’ when I visited the ruins of Teotihuacan when I was 14 years old. Although not the least bit interested in ancient archeology at the time, the mind opening experiences I had during my day at the pyramids opened up new channels of insight, exploration and curiosity about our future. It seemed as though I was ‘activated’ as I walked through the sculptures of Quetzacoatl and I felt as though I had been examined, tested and accepted as a candidate for expressing the energies that are driving us to a new reality. I was also assured that I would live to see the Shift of the Ages prophesized by the ancient cultures who understand the cycles of time and our inevitable acquiescence to our marvelous heritage. Although I realize that many speculations and conjectures about ‘end times’ create fear and survival issues, I have an inherent belief that such scenarios are more the result of our limited thinking than the actual destiny of mankind. I take issue with the attitude that we are somehow a doomed race, too stupid to correct the limitations that we encounter. My opinion toward those who manipulate such theories is one of tolerance, and instead of arguing with our differing viewpoints, I have learned to simply accept that we are all part of the equation with the ability to learn, expand and revise our mental constructs as experience allows. Some, no doubt, are accomplishing this faster than others, but I sense that every heart, no matter how controlled or shuttered, has a deep yearning to return to our source and will drop the pretenses in a heartbeat when offered a chance to return to their true state of being.
